• Multifamily Building Roof Rehabilitation: working project and project management, including calculation for energy efficiency improvement. 1000 m²
• City council of Les: working project reform of sports building. Made with bioconstruction's criteria and natural material. 450 square meters.
• City council of Canejan: project management, quality control and safety coordination of urbanization of several streets and reform playful area (including project).
•  Reform and merge of two homes in one: working project, decoration project and safety control. 320 square meters.
• Single family dwelling: structure calculations, project management, quality control and safety coordination. Building build with natural material, untreated wood, quicklime, paints were made out with natural pigments. 163 square meters.
• 5 flats building: Project management, quality control and safety coordination. 1.010 square meters.
• Reform to stable to a restaurant: Project management, quality control and safety coordination. 246 square meters.
• Four semidetached houses: Project management, quality control and safety coordination. 630 square meters.
• Building reform for a guesthouse: project management, quality control and safety coordination. 310 square meters.
• Rehabilitation in single family home after fire: Partial demolition and working project, project management, quality control and safety coordination. 320 square meters. 

• Health and safety study and coordination of three warehouses: 3.000 square meters.

• 4 semidetached houses with communal parking: project management, quality control and safety coordination. 630 square meters.
• Disco Pacha reform in a Ski resort: project management, quality control and safety coordination. 530 square meters
• Single family house + guest house + recording studio: project management, quality control and safety coordination. 850 square meters
• 6 flats, retail spaces and parking building: project management, quality control and safety coordination. 3.580 square meters.
