Rehabilitation: From a Stable to a Pub

Building located in the old part of region's capital. It was a disused stable, with dry masonry walls and wood panelled cover finished in slates.
The project includes two floors with an open top part. In addition there is a small staff apartment.
Special care was placed on noise insulation for its situation: insulating roof, exterior doors and windows. Soundproofing study conducted by specialized company.
Technical Characteristics:
Reinforced concrete structure and metal reinforcing; new walls were made of brick and masonry placated as the existing one; nonslip pavements; Led's lighting; heating through hot air ducts.
Commercial & Others
Mountain Village: Urbanization of Several Streets
Mountain village with narrow streets and very pronounced slopes. In other to solve this, most of the streets have been developed with steps and strong ramps.
This particular urbanization consists in several streets with new pedestrian protection, town square urbanization and complete renovation of playful area. It is included, new electricity, drainage, water and gas pipes.
Breakwater
River's construction and channelling: altogether 330 m of wall. 180 ml of breakwater, (retaining wall) executed with rocks between 2,000 and 9,000 kg and 20% of concrete.
Measures: about 3 meters base width, 1 m in top of wall and 6 m high. During two months the course of river was altered.
Works: eyeballing control placement and alignment of rocks. Installations modification: electricity, waste pipe, water, water channelling ravine.
Currently almost finished.
