Rehabilitation
House + Guest House + Recording Studio
850 m²
Residential complex formed by three buildings: main house, almost in ruins recovered building, it's composed of three floors with living room, kitchen, two rooms and bathroom, and the third floor with master bedroom, dressing room and bathroom. This building communicates with the adjoining guest building, that before was a stable, through an enclosed porch where we found the barbecue. The building is composed of two floors and there are rooms and bathrooms for guests and on the attic plant, lies a large open room with a glass independent office.
In the basement of the third new building, we've located the garage and the recording studio and on the upper floor, there is the gym and sauna. Over the garage we see an outdoor garage for visitors. The street facade mimics the earlier building ancient dilapidated walls.
Technical characteristics:
The wood floor comes from old wine oak barrels.
The kitchen's tiled floor comes from recyclated floors.
The main wood building structure, is recyclated from several demolitions, however, in the guest house we have preserved all existing wooden structure. In both cases the placed ancient slate was sorted and cleaned.
Internal doors and different decoration elements have been restored.
The recording studio is newly built because the technical characteristics required, with reinforced concrete structure and recyclated wood cover.
The technical support was provided by a specialized company.
New House Plant

The basement floor has an area for visitors with a kitchenette, bathroom and an open plan living. On this floor is also the boiler room. On the 1st floor there is the living room, kitchen and bathroom, and on the 2nd floor we found three bedrooms and a bathroom. On the attic, we have an open living room.
The house's owner is mountaineer and therefore we find some characteristic features such as the staircase railing finished with ropes, etc,... Besides, some furniture come from his various expeditions to Asia .
